Traveled alot in early retirement.We knew nothing about boating. Bought a new house boat and had many exciting adventures.Lets just say we were known at the lake as dangerous.My best acomplishment was raising two sons who grew up to be the great people they are.We will celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary on a cruise to Hawaii. We have been many times and keep going back. My loves are my 6 grandchildren,ages 12 to 23. Enjoy travel with my only grandaughter.We have so much fun.She makes me feel like a teenager.The rest of my time I am active in the Catholic Church and now a sponsor for a grandson who is taking classes for confirmation. Fred and I have been married 42 years. We have two sons, one daughter-in-law and three grandchildren. I graduated from Burge Hospital and Drury College. I didn't work a lot until the boys were in school. For several years I worked as a school nurse. The last 10-12 years I worked for national home health care companies as a compliance manager. Had responsibilitiy for a number of offices primarily in the western part of the US. Earned a fair number of frequent flier miles. When Fred retired about 8 years ago I decided I would too. We moved to the lake and are enjoying spending as much time as we can with our grandkids. Looking forward to seeing lots of people at our 50th reunion. Would love to hear from you all.
